Sintered stone slabs are the most suitable material for making kitchen countertops. After getting the measurement from the customer, we need to do the cutting, drilling, and slotting first and then install the countertop for the customer.

During the processing, we may use the following tools, and the steps may be included:

Bridge saw and edge-polisher for Sintered Stone Cutting

• Clean the bed before starting work.
• Remove the protective plastic.
• Cut the straight line with the bridge saw.
• Polish the edge with the polishers.

Drilling Machine and Portable Cutting Machine for Sintered Stone

• Draw the cutout and drill.
• Cut the longer edges and then the shorter ones.
• Drill holes.
• The distance between the holes should be maintained at a of 2cm.
• To make an opening in the slab or for L-shaped cutting, you may use a portable cutting machine.
• The edge of the groove and the edge of the slab should be not less than 5cm.

Waterjet for Sintered Stone Cutting

• Waterjet can be used for cutting straight lines, curling lines, and any other shapes.
• 3mm separation between the nozzle and the slab.

CNC for Sintered Stone and Processing

• Check that suction cups are in good condition.
• The cut must start at the furthest point from the slab edge.
• For counter-sinking, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations about the speed. 

Installation of Sintered Stone Countertops

• Check leveling
• Ensure correct handling and placing.
• Protect joints during the installation.
• Seal joints with approved mastics.
• Remove waste and clean.
